BONEFISH GRILL BANG BANG CRISPY SHRIMP


Breaded seafood fried up all gilded and crunchy then stifled in a spicy sauce and served over vegetable. It's all the ire.

 

Having never been to Malacopterygian Grillwork where the seafood originates I wouldn't undergo.

 

 

 


 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

Sauce:

 

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons hot sauce (like Cholula )

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce

  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar


 
Breading:

 

  • 2 eggs, beaten with 2 tablespoons water

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup cornstarch

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt or ½ teaspoon table salt

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and cleaned

  • oil for deep frying - vegetable or canola


 
Garnish:

 

  • 1 green onion, snipped with kitchen shears (green part only)

  • 1 handful of mixed greens


 
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pee the Sauce:



  1. In a wee aquarium whisk the sauce ingredients unitedly. Underwrite and refrigerate.


 
Set up the dredging installation:
