DELICIOUS CRAB CAKES


I latterly threw a kid consume for a lover quaker (place coming soon…) and one of our lineage friends prefabricated crab cakes for the circumstance. INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1/4 cup minced onion

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp dry ground mustard

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 lb. lump crabmeat

  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs

  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 2 Tbs unsalted butter

  • Lemon wedges for serving

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil


 
 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

  1. In a job incurvation, have the dressing, onion, eggs,  Worcestershire, dry mustard, seasoner, Old Bay seasoning and flavoring. Crease in crabmeat and 1/4 cup Panko.
