Paleo Almond Butter Granola Bars

Ingredients



  • 2 cups raw almonds

  • 2 cups raw cashews

  • 1 cup raw pistachios

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ cup white sesame seeds

  • ¼ cup black sesame seeds

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

  • 1 cup MaraNatha Organic Raw Creamy Almond Butter

  • 2 large egg whites, lightly whisked

  • ½ cup honey

  • ½ cup unsweetened dried cherries

  • ½ cup unsweetened dried apricots


 
 

Method



  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-by-13-inch casserole supply with nonstick spray. Line it with lambskin paper and grease the sheepskin wadding.
