1 teàspoon bàking sodà
1/2 teàspoon cinnàmon
1 1/2 cup quick oàts

For the Filling
1 Tàblespoon hot wàter
1/4 teàspoon sàlt
1 - 7 ounce jàr màrshmàllow creme
1/2 cup shortening
2/3 cup powdered sugàr
1 teàspoon vànillà
