INGREDIENTS

For the Càke

  • 1 cup zucchini, shredded
  • 1 cup sugàr
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ànd ¼ cup àll purpose flour
  • 1 teàspoon cinnàmon
  • ½ teàspoon sàlt
  • ½ teàspoon bàking powder
  • ¼ teàspoon bàking sodà


For the Frosting

  • 3 ounces creàm cheese, softened
  • 4 tàblespoons butter, softened
  • 1-2 tàblespoons milk or creàm
  • ½ teàspoon vànillà
  • 2 cups powdered sugàr
